  • Membership is up to 327 even though roughly 75 members from last year are not members this year.
  • We got an $1182 refund on last year’s worker’s compensation policy premium.
  • All regular curlers have paid their dues at this point.
  • Joan Lundberg has done a terrific job with the membership information.
  • Curl TV codes are available from Bob Fenson.
  • Old Business:

    • Seniors: The Senior’s National Bonspiel has 60 teams registered. They will not need the ice next door. They will start on Wednesday afternoon and finish on Sunday.
    • Ojibwe Forest Rally: Bob will contact the organizer and finalize details.

    Committee Reports

    • Bar:The bar area needs to be locked on Thursday evenings. Board members will take responsibility for this.
    • Juniors:The annual walleye dinner fundraiser is being held February 25 at the Eagles from 5:30-7:30.

    General Manager’s Report:

    • There was a question about the ice time fees that we would bill for the Beaver Pride Bonspiel this year. It was decided that they would be billed the usual fees. Noel’s Bonspiel will be charged $1.50 each for the complimentary beverage coupons they include in their registration packets.
    • First Federal is cutting open the club’s safety deposit box. It will cost $150. The key has been missing for several years.
    • We have been having problems with ice damage during some recent bonspiels. Bob will work on an information packet for bonspiel organizers. Damage deposits will be collected.

    New Business:

    • Board of Directors Election: Nominations will be opened for an election to be held in March.

Next Meeting and Adjournment: The next meeting will be Tuesday, March 11 at 8:00 p.m.. The meeting adjourned at 9:15.

    Respectfully submitted,

    Randy Westhoff
