Approve Prior Minutes: Correction to

there was an omission in the minutes from the previous meeting
which should have included the Ice-Maker position in the vote
to pay both the General Manager and the Ice-Maker as contractors.
Presentations by Guests: There were no
members who wished to address the board.
General Manager’s Report:
- Bonspiel schedule is done.
- All but two ice ads have been sold.
- Parties have been billed for facility rentals.
- We will be getting a new credit card machine
Committee Reports
Finance: Payment was made for the new
ice scraper ($10,700). We have approximately $3,000 in savings
and about $2,000 in the checking account.
Old Business:
- Ice Ads have all been sold except for a couple of the $170
spots.
- Kitchen: no new information.
- Beer Cooler: the latest plan is to purchase
a four-keg unit with three taps. An upright cooler will be provided
by Coke and the old beer cooler will be removed. There was discussion
about repairing or replacing the ice machine.
- Early Ice: we have ice on all six sheets.
- Contract for GM: Pete requested that his
position be changed from contractor to employee status so that
taxes and other deductions are made automatically. A vote was
made to make the change. The ice-maker position will remain
as a contractor.
- Pop vendor: there is one year remaining in
the agreement with Coke.
- Sound System: Pete is investigating the options

- Chairpersons are need for the Wednesday Men’s League
and the Thursday 8:15 League.
