| Fenson rink off
to solid start on World Curling Tour
The Pete
Fenson rink picked up where they left off last year advancing
to the quarterfinals of the Shorty Jenkins Cashspiel in Brockville,
Ontario, in the team's first event of the season. The team finished
4-2 after losing to Olympic silver medalist Kevin Martin of Canada
in the quarterfinals. Next up: The Westcoast
Curling Classic this weekend. The team added Doug
Pottinger this season after teammate John Shuster opted to
skip his own team. The Fenson rink is currently ranked No. 6 on
the World Curling Tour. The Patti Lank rink started its season
by winning the Black Book of Curling on the Ontario Curling Tour
in September.
